Double Honk Value Already 0 (Zero)

I am attempting to remove the annoying double honk, I downloaded the latest version of FORScan, bought the appropriate ODB adapter, made sure the drivers were loaded. Plugged in ODB, turned vehicle to ON (not running), saved backup files for all 'AS BUILT' files. Then when I decided to go into the BdyCM module to adjust the double honk, the value is already zero see attached.

I can't find a similar thread to this problem so am looking for help for anybody who may have run into this and solved it. Thank you in advance.

I'm almost positive I was able to disable the honk in the plain text settings
