Drain/refill video for 10R60 transmission

Has anyone found a video showing the steps of a drain/refill procedure for the 10R60 transmission?

I found this video for the 10R80 in an F-150. Is this the same or similar?

I didn’t watch the video, but there is no difference in procedure between the 10R60 vs 10R80.

What are you doing for a skid plate? I'm curious because my Black Diamond has skids for just about everything but the transmission.

Talons Garage and RCI both have good options that you can buy separately. If you're looking for maximum clearance, the Talons is supposed to be the best.
