Engine Bay Panel Sealed with Adhesive Now?

Does anyone know if Ford is now using adhesive to seal this panel at the aft end of the engine bay? I was wanting to remove the push pins and use it to hide an antenna cable and some aux lighting wires that need to cross the bay. I'm pretty sure I've seen guys in '21 and '22 lift this panel to hide wiring. But I removed all the pins and tried to lift it but it was pretty well stuck down. Just wanted to check with anyone that might know more than me (easy to do) before I tried to force it up. Thanks in advance!
