Exterior Color Exclusions Based On Trim?

Soooooo I was dorking around with the Bronco Sport build and price. I wanted to see what the interface may look like, and I thought it'd be fun to kill some time. I found something troubling.

I clicked on the Outer Banks, and I only had a certain about of colors to choose from. I wanted Cyber Orange. Cyber Orange is only available on two of the 5 trims. I couldn't get all the colors on all the trims. There were color exclusions based on trim level. I haven't seen this previously mentioned in regards to the Bronco.

So, have I missed the fact that only certain trims can get certain colors on the "Big" Bronco?

yea its been discussed before. The base model basically get the regular colors, which sucks cause that cactus grey looks awesome

Ha. Yeah. That's pretty obvious. Thanks. Not sure how I've missed that.

If I'm honest, since I don't see anyone complaining about not getting colors on certain models, I just assumed it hadn't popped up before.

You know what they say about assumptions . . .

Ford does this with some of it's other vehicles. Probably be a marketing ploy to make someone that must have that certain color move up a trim level, or two. It's a profit deal I'm sure.
