1. As of the time of this post, according to the poll, it seems the widespread disdain for the FE interior isn’t so... widespread.

2. I asked this question in another thread and it’s a sincere question. If you hate the FE interior, why stay in an FE? It seems to me like the unique interior IS THE defining feature of the FE. If you hate it, you could just option up a badlands or wildtrak and still get every option that’s available. (And yes everything we know has said you will be able to change your trim at order time, despite customer service giving people wrong info) So what am I missing??

I can answer that one. There was a lot of rumors floating around different threads that you would NOT be able to switch out of a FE reservation. So I think a lot of us who reserved the FE, were like uh— what now?

voted maybe. all depends what options are on badlands, and how the pricing stacks up.

if I can get brown on badlands, plus everything else I want. and its not more expensive than the FE, I will do that.

might even opt for marine vinyl, some of the new vinyls are really nice, wear better, and I dont have to sweat the top if it rains.

i really like that brown too

Calculated the price diff to be $17,210 between Badlands and First edition (2 door for me)

The big ticket items we don't know for price are: 2.7L, 10 spd Automatic, Sasquatch, and Lux.

That will seal the deal if I can get a normal interior in the Badlands.
