Foot rest on door inside

I usually roll around with my left foot up on the seat frame. My foot always slips off though.
I built this little L bracket with nuts and washers on the backside of the door panel. It is SUPER comfortable and feels very secure.
Just figured I'd share this cheap mod.
Mine is a 2 door, but maybe it would work on a 4 door as well.
I was going to paint it, but I kinda like the rustic look LOL.

For me, it's a hard pass on the 2X2 rusty angle.

This may be another artificial disability for tall people in a bell curve world. I have illustrated this with my copyrighted work below:

The seat shape and angle dig into your leg since the track only moves parallel to the frame/floor.
*No offense intended by the legs appearing Caucasian.

That is EXACTLY what's happening with me, even on fairly short drives....never had that before. I do love the seats, I guess I need your insert. And I am Caucasian btw. With a Latino heart and black soul....
