This is so true. I have been disappointed in what the dealers know, also. They seem surprised when I ask them informed questions. I live in the South. We have a lot of 4x4 vehicles here. I can't be the only one in this area who is researching Broncos.I believe we're all aliitle disappointed in getting different answers to the same question. Not triying to throw CS under the bus as I'm sure it's not employees fault. But I think Ford needs to keep there employees and dealers up to date and current on Bronco info. I called my dealer the other day and saidly I know alot more than the manager just by reading the threads on this form.
