Ford Customer Service No Longer Providing Delivery Week/Date Info

Called Ford this morning to see if my production date has been bumped because their email system is so unreliable. First thing I noticed was prerecorded message now says, "For updates about your specific bronco order, please contact your dealer." Then when I talked to a representative, she claimed not to have any info on specific build date or even build week even though they've previously given this info over the phone.

Looks like Ford got tired of all of us calling for updates, lol.
