Ford Pass Points - How is everyone using them?

My dealer offered me a decent discount on an extended service and maintenance plan, so I took it. Peace of mind is underrated.

Oddly enough, my Ford account still shows the points, even though I’ve confirmed with Ford that I have the extended coverage. Not sure if it’s an error or they’ll eventually remove my points.

Do my own fluid and filter changes, so at this point, all I've used points for is the Aeroskin hood deflector.

Used them a month ago to order tailgate table but sent for dealer pick up and they can’t find the part in their parts dept even though it was shipped to them Mar 31st. Called Ford and put dealer parts on the line which they gave them an 800 number to call and have supplier re-send and they never called. Tried getting it resolved for a few week now but parts lady that knows what’s going on is returning from vacation tomorrow.

Prolly better off shipping directly to your home than picking up at a dealer.

Used my points on the ARB dual air compressor and recovery tracks. The checkout process on the website is still a little wonky but other than that it was pretty easy.

I'm not seeing any ARB products on accessories.ford.com, when did you buy the air compressor?

My account shows 0 points. I was supposed to have been allocated some. I was a 7/17/20 granger reservation holder but cancelled my order in mid Feb 23 when Granger staff told me I wasn’t going to get my original order filled with the constraints in 2023. I have since found a Wildtrak at another dealer.

Did I lose my points because of the granger order cancellation? Not a big deal but thought I would ask.

You get points on any NEW Ford vehicle, but not until you add it to your Ford Pass account. Which means you also need a new enough phone to run Ford Pass (I had to upgrade my phone).

Thanks for the feedback. I will ask the dealer when I pick it up. I have a new phone so that shouldn’t be the issue. They still have my 2011 Shelby listed on there from when I bought it new.

OEM Rear Cargo Mat. Other than the fact that it covers the tie down hooks…I like it. Probably eventually going to cut out holes for the hooks to be accessible.
