The last time I chatted with Ford, at the end I was asked “What can we do to serve you better?”

My answer was “schedule and build my Bronco soon”.

Blend date 5/8. Got the version of the email that states my production date and then acts like they haven’t even built it. Been stuck in production since my blend date. Chat and dealer say it’s already built but no one knows why it still sits.

I think we only got this email because we are flooding the chat, marketing line and executive offices (good- keep it up). Of course- this email provides no real information and so we are still where we were earlier today.

My blend date was 6/13, got my tear tag yesterday and just got this same email

Mine was a little different, but I got one too.

Almost bought one off the lot today, but it was supposed to have a Trektop “dealer installed”. It wasn’t in the back and I told them I wouldn’t pay for a missing top. Then they said it was back ordered. I told them to call me when it comes in.

Got the same email. Included my production date… which has already passed and have been sitting in production for a month.

Yep, got the same one. Not sure how they can truly explain the supply chain thing though. Did they not just allow dealers to order high end trims for stock again? Or did I misunderstand something.

Mine is a little different wording, but 45 days is ridiculous! Also the email making it sound like it isn’t built, when I know it’s sitting in dirt mountain with all the rest.
