I have a 2021 BB with a m190 manual. I am about to put an air locker in the r/e and get replacement 4.46 ring and pinion (thank you ford for the nice welds.) I have found a front air locker for the m190, but no one makes m190 4.46 ring and pinions for the front. Yukon makes a 4.88 that fits, and I could do both at the same time, but would 4.88’s be awful on 33’s? Also would the m190 be able to handle a tire that would be right for 4.88.

My non-Sas Badlands 7mt w/ 4.70 gears came stock with the 33" KO2s and was fine. 4.88s should be fine w/ 33" and you'd be good to move up to 35s. Of course if you move to 4.88s you'll need to match the rear gears to the front.

I wouldn't go over 35" w/ the M190.

If the front air locker wasn’t $100 brand new I’d probably wait, but I’ll do front and back at the same time and gear up to 4.88. Looks like the bronco is getting the biggest present under the Christmas tree this year, sorry kids.
