so would a badlands grill fit on a black diamond? also can you swap the nicer led headlights on lower trims?

Headlight openings appear to be all the same regardless of grill style. As evidenced by the picture of a Badlands with one of each headlight from a couple weeks ago.

Yes, and as @P.C said, their is a pic of one with each light on it. If you think about it, they are all the same Bronco until they add the different trim pieces. So, a Base could become a Wildtrak with enough time and money at the parts counter.
