Looking at this pic if yours relocate that cable that running right above the sensor. It doesn’t take much to mess with it.
It’s strange that I’m not getting any warning notifications. I press the distance button while cruise control is on and I get no response.
My dealership put the winch wires right there. You would think they would know better.

🤣🤣 dealers know better. The direction’s say to disable the sensors. Ahh has this been going on since the install? They may have disabled it per fords directions. I assumed you installed this and moved the sensors yourself.

I think you might be right. The dealership installed the winch but would not correct the sensor or camera issue. I remounted the camera on my license plate holder and recently moved the sensors.
I wonder if I can turn it back on?

Yeah, as mentioned above... I relocate the cables., it maybe part of the issue. I installed a metal screen covering it all without issue so there maybe more. Also, there were some treads about having to calibrate the sensors after installs but, not sure why. Good luck!!!

I think there is a setting in the SYNC 4 system, possibly in the tow set-up? Worth a try.

OP,

I haven't seen it mentioned here, but I believe that there's a way to relocate the ACC's radar elsewhere, but I don't recall which vendor offers the kit - a quick search should uncover it.

Also, if you were asking about turning on the radar/ACC - that could probably be done with FORSCAN, and likely how your dealer turned it off when installing the winch.
