G.O.A.T. Modes

When the truck is running and I turn the G.O.A.T. mode dial nothing happens at all. I wonder if there's something wrong or I'm doing something wrong. Checked the manual and there doesn't seem to be any trick other than the engine running. Thought I'd check here before heading to dealer.

Did you try turning it both directions, from normal mode it will only change in one direction not the other.

Nah didn’t matter which way. Once it says drive mode not available.

Isn’t there a valet mode that can be activated which might limit access to goat modes? Never bothered with it myself . Not fancy enough to use a valet

Well it wasn’t in valet mode, but I put it in valet mode, then disabled valet mode and it worked!
