Final word on G.O.A.T. Modes availability per trim?

I have read in several different locations about which G.O.A.T. modes are available on which trim level. The problem is that each place I read says something different. I am wanting to get the Mud/Rut mode and want to save as much money as possible. I site I just read says that Mud/Rut comes on every trim level above the base. Is this true? I like the BL, but really don't want to spend the money if I can get it on a lower priced trim. Other cosmetic things like grille, bumper, flares, etc.. I can change myself once I get mine. MGV, Mud/ Rut GM, manual, and SAS are my must haves though.

Yes, everything except base has mud/ruts mode
