I’ll install and post photos tomorrow…
Make sure to use caution when clipping the zip ties on the cable shipping coil!
It will expand VERY fast!

That was easy. Maybe 20 minutes for first install. Half the tools needed come with the Bronco. For easy removal from the top, I do recommend a small pair of pliers like these:

What I Like:

1. Looks Cool.

2. Quick & Easy Off. Completely removable in less than 2 minutes (including the time getting out to get the rachet and pliers from the tool wrap in the cargo area). I'm going to leave these on for now while driving around town. I'll remove them on-the-spot if the law man wants me to.

3. They'll Make Limbs Rise (supposedly). I'll need to finds some limbs to confirm.

EDIT: 4. Telling the wife "don't go on the highway without taking these off first" will definitely cut down on the number of times I walk into the garage and find my Bronco gone.

What I Don't Like:

1. I'm worried about losing the accessory covers at high speeds. Definitely off road. I don't think it would take much of a bump for it to fall off. It doesn't feel secure as it sits. I'd remove those before going off road. For local highway trips, I think I'll just remove the accessory covers. For longer road trips, I think I'll remove the limb riser clip. That would literally take less than 3 minutes.

2. At first, I wasn't thrilled with the tiny clips on the pins. I have fat fingers and need reading glasses. I was planning to get some 3/16 hitch pin clips at Home Depot to replace the included pins. Then, I remembered I have the small pliers and that fixed the problem.

It looks and feels like a good value for the money. Nothing about it looks or feels cheap. I'm happy I bought it.

Thanks for posting!

The cover is still retained by the OEM plate. Spacing it up 1/8" should not affect how the cover is held on. It has a catch paw at the front and a detent button at the rear, for removal. Our test Bronco went off-road and was a daily driver for months while testing these.

With all that being said..... their system for cover retention is sub-par to start with.

Any idea when these will be back in stock?
Also, since I have the TrailRax Accessory mounts installed to the trailsights, I wouldn't the front mounts, if that'll make things faster for me.

It's amazing how hard it is waiting to purchase something that I won't actually need for at least another 6 months!

Sorry, but no. Only a raw stainless finish.

You are welcome to paint or powder coat your own.

I think something may be wrong with your covers or the plates underneath them that they click into, I've had these limb risers installed since last September and my covers are tight and secure.
