Robert Horne Ford in Phoenix Arizona was great. Have bought two vehicles from them in a month because of their service being so good. They also let me test drive a demo bronco no questions asked. Also bought an F150 over this last weekend for my wife, which they cut 7k off asking for me. Had a problem with fordpass and their service guy scheduled me for friday to sort it out. I am very happy with them so far.



On a side note, San Tan Ford is marking litterally everything they can up. They also have 400 or so vehicles on the lot they cannot get rid of because of it though. Very rude, no test drives for bronco without an order. 10k to play for your bronco. Unsure how these guys are even in business because their internet guy was very rude on the phone. Funny how negatives can give you so much more memory of the experience.

No MSRP here....Bob Utter Ford in Sherman, TX did $1000 below INVOICE! They didn't even flinch when deliveries weren't as expected prior to deal. Used outside financing and no issue. That's a dealership worth giving business to....

Still waiting on mine (August 16, 2020 res) but my dealer (the Ford store Morgan Hill, CA) is doing invoice + $450, same for abandoned orders, although as you can imagine there aren't many of those. Lucky to live near an honest dealer that's not greedy. I live about 35 mins away from the dealership and there are many other Ford dealers closer to me but I put my reservation with them because they have always done this with every new vehicle they sell, raptors included.

I believe the window for that promotion closed back in mid-October 2020 and hasn’t been revisited since.

Griffin Murphy at Landmark Ford in Tigard, OR (a few miles south of downtown Portland). Purchased at MSRP, ADM was NEVER mentioned, full tank of gas, price protection rebate from 2021 pricing, $100 reservation deposit refund, free mud flaps (F+R) and wheel locks (using their customer satisfaction funds from Ford).

No monkey business, no "let me get my manager" stuff. Overall great experience.
