Bob Sight Ford in Lees Summit, MO. I picked mine up last weekend, but I also asked about new order (when they open back up) and they confirmed they are honoring MSRP on all new orders. They said if they get refused deliveries or dealer stock they could mark them up, but MSRP for sure on all custom orders.
