Golden ticket on delivered reservation number?

I had two different reservations for Broncos, one was a first 24 hour 7/14/2020 that delivered my Badlands in December 2021, and a second one made 8/4/2021 that I haven't converted to an order yet. I received two emails about the Golden Ticket, one for each reservation. The one for the 8/4/2021 reservation is the "sucks for you", the one for the completed reservation is the golden ticket email. When I look on the Ford site my original reservation is marked "ordering with dealer". I would assume if I go to order a Raptor the dealership will not be able to proceed because a Bronco was already delivered on that reservation number. Anybody else have this happen?

"ordering with dealer" on the page means nothing. As far as I can tell that appears on all reservations. As to the significance of getting a golden ticket for the one delivered.....it would seem that maybe your reservation wasn't connected with your order? Seems odd.

Nah. I got the same. One for my delivered original order and one for my back-up reservation which I have not placed yet. Denied on both.

I reached out but not about this situation just the process in general and I didn't get any feedback because the gm was in a meeting

That sounds like BS. I don’t believe a zone rep is unreachable for a month. I’d keep calling Ford.

Ford told me I'm calling for no reason take it up with the GM of the dealership, which my my sales rep already did. He can't order the truck on the unordered it's blocked out for the bronco raptor.

1st res delivered (GT)
2nd Res (denied)

I called Ford and said not an issue. She even spoke to a “supervisor”. According to them as long as you received initial email invite, raised your hand, and got selected it’s valid. Im still skeptical…don’t want to get my hopes up and get an apology email later.

It’s just like the ADM on hand raiser allocation, Ford isn’t going to do anything about it unless you file a complaint. The results you get on the Ford line vary, I’d call until you get someone who knows what they’re doing.
