I did have high hopes for the green bronco. But now I’m just hoping they put the 10R80 trans in the thing and not the 10R60:that now they say is going in the bronco. I’m less worried about green now.

Having two of the same shade color is just stupid.

F150 really nailed their color pallet perfectly, and will give us inspiration.

Oh crap. Never mind, just saw that they have:

• THREE shades of white (WHITE! You can't make this S up!)
• FIVE shades of gray
• Two shades of black
• Three actual colors, two are just shades of the same color
• Skidmark brown, because people type on forums that they want brown vehicles all the time

Okay, come to think of it, Ford will most likely not "knock one out of the park" with Bronco's MY22 color pallet, at least the evidence does not point that direction.

So today was the local dealer's Bronco visitation day, and they did something clever. They had metal gas cans all painted up with the various colors on them, so people could get a good idea of what each color "actually" looks like on metal.

The cans were *exactly* like the green gas can above. if that's a marketing thing from Ford, I'd suspect you're looking at the color right there.

I think you are correct. I was at a dealer event today in Phoenix and they had all the painted gas cans there, except green of course.

then I’m ok with that.
Lime green is just a little too much for my eyes to look at day in and day out.
But to each their own. At least Ford is going to offer a green for 22.
Baby steps I guess.
