Have no indicators of a weapon in the vehicle...as in no NRA/Glock/Ruger/etc decals...
You could always put a Sierra Club sticker on your back window.

Hahaha... I used to have a Sasquatch Secret Tracking Society sticker in my truck's rear window (gift from a nice kid). 🐵

Yep, low show is what I always strive for; stealth and deception. :bandit:
What ever happened to silent, swift, etc.?

Swift went away as I got older. The others still apply. :ninja:

I FINALLY finished installing my gun mount in the center console of the Bronco. I wanted something that would secure my gun without having to lock and unlock the glove box every single time but then too something that was a lot closer. Didn’t really like the safes out there that bolt into the center console, seems like they really cut down on the usable space. Finally decided to go with Vara Safety Reach 2S. Its biometric, can store up to 20 finger prints and unlocks pretty fast. I mounted it on a 1/8” steel plate both inside and outside of the console. Used tamper proof bolts and nuts. I know if someone really wanted it they could get it but it’s gonna take them literally tearing up the entire console to get it. Thought I’d share with yall in case yall are in the same boat.

I like this idea. Keeps “prying eyes off the hardware. The idea of having it visible to me is nothing more that someone trying to be “tacticacool”. Yeah it takes a few more seconds to unholster in the safe console, but if you’re aware of your surroundings you can prepare yourself ahead of time. No difference than trying to dig your handgun out of your waistband, inside or outside, which could grant you the “Darwin Award” for blowing out your “junk” or groin artery. No matter how many times you train pulling out of your gut, chances are exponentially more dangerous than having it in a safe place.
