I think you can go into your account and ask for a hold and go pick it up yourself, might be able to change address too, don't know but you can check.

I just got the FedEx notification last night that mine has shipped, but they are sending it to the wrong address!

I moved back in January and updated my address on Ford's site many months ago, yet somehow ford sent the distributor the my old address. They sent the poster and sticker gift to the new address so I don't know why this has happened. Trying to get this fixed because I really want my hammock! The company they are coming from is called TEN10.

Received my hammock via fed ex today. Just put it with my other Bronco stuff, waiting for my build date. Hope Ford gets the bugs resolved before building mine.

Getting a Bronco Sport Big Bend in the meantime to bridge the gap.

My box came UPS not FEDEX and it was already opened for me. 1 Lb hammock that will hold 400 Lbs, and a note to 'Hang In There'. LOL Just tell me when I can re-order my 2 DR BL and start the color selection process all over again since Rapid Red didn't make the MY22 cut.

I cannot. FedEx says its sent via some method that does not allow changes, and that I have to contact the sender. I contacted the sender, TEN10, and they said they only handle distribution. I'm also half way across the country so I can't intercept it in any way.

My hammock is currently enjoying a grand tour of the United States courtesy of FEDEX.

It's been to Missouri 5 times, Kansas 3 times, and made it all the way to Wyoming once before heading back east.

I am guessing it is because they have too many digits in my zip code: 83616355252

I didn't get a hammock. I did get the "poster" though, but I'd rather have the Bronco, or at least an idea of when I might get a vin and build date...

I've received my poster and hammock and see there is a FED EX Label printed for a 22 lb shipment, but curious as to what the 22 lb shipment is? Hopefully a gallon or two of Rapid Red paint to use when I eventually get my Bronco.
