Okay, I searched and did not find any help. My original dealer $hitted on all early reservation holders and added $15,000 to $20,000 ADM to each order. Because I could not move my order, I submitted another order with a dealer who is committed to MSRP. With the upcoming MY23 switch coming & COVP, I will be forced to cancel my original order.
Here is my issue: How do I cancel that order to prevent that stealership from ordering my Badlands and selling it as dealer stock?
My order (which is currently 99'ed) is near # 1 for timestamp reservations. I damn sure don't want my order being sold as dealer stock after I've been waiting all this time because of some greedy dealership. Is there a way to cancel the order and receive a confirmation from Ford that the order has been cancelled?
BTW - not only do they still have their '21 Wildtrack mannequin (which has been for sale for over a year already), but also two '22MY 2 door hard tops that they are unable to sell. I ride by each week and LOVE to see how they are unable to move these vehicles. It's karma for being so greedy.
This is my first new vehicle so I am requesting help from those seasoned new Ford buyers out there. Thanks ahead of time for your ideas, thoughts and help.
