Is the 2.7 that much louder than the 2.3?

I honestly have problems shifting sometimes if there is a loud motorcycle or mustang in the next lane since I can barely hear the engine. (and of course the "tach" is worthles)

This might be too much for you, but I once Line-Xed my floorboards and it made a pretty big difference. Also, that Dynamax type stuff that the audio guys use make a big difference.

Did you end up getting the hood insulation? If so, what are your thoughts on it / how do you like it so far?

Trying to reduce some of overall noise in my BD MIC 2.7 (big engine and BD gearing can get a little loud sometimes). I’m wondering if any of the below options are worth it or if I just save my money.
