Another concern the dealer brought up is whether the beefier rack will fit with the stabilizer bar disconnect, which isn't available on the WildTrak. How close are these parts?

They are on opposite sides of the knuckle. The sb links would hit the cv axle before they could get near the tie rods. Not going to be an issue there!

will it thread into the rack is the question. are the threads the same? I might order a set to test. $255 a side is my cost for inner and outers.

I'd be replacing the rack as well (NB3Z-3504-M). No point in doing just the tie rods, if it only moves the problems up into stripping the rack out.

I’m still waiting on my 2Door but this MOD (Hoss 3.0 rack & rods installed on a Badsquatch) is very high on my list. I look forward to learning from you guys / gals on how this goes.

@flip - have you seen anyone attempt a H3 rack & rod transplant into a Badlands yet?

Sounds like @BigMeatsBronco may have installed the H3 rack recently in his 1stEd 2Door halfcab. 🤘 What say you BMB, how did it go?
Cheers.
