I would agree. That document almost looks like it's a master sheet of constraint "codes" for the scheduling/planners to use. Not doubting the validity, just the context. Are those actual codes from these upcoming week's schedules OR is it the document they use to input the codes when they occur (Example: We couldn't make "x" amount of units this week so you input G26 as the code in their supply chain system because it was due to bumpers)?

Ford is now saying there is a shortage on modular bumpers, 2.3L engine, 10-speed auto and the entire 4x4 system…..

The lady who orders our cars at my dealer has been checking on updates daily. Today, she stumbled on this information. That explains why they cancelled scheduling this week. Who knows how long this will last.

The fanboys will never accept it as truth anyways. It’s info you received and you passed it on. It is what it is. Fits perfectly in with scheduling being delayed and additional August downtime. If some are unwilling to accept it, it’s not on you. Thanks again for posting this.

And any one with any brain cells would know if Ford wanted people to change their 2.7 to a 2.3 to get their Bronco faster and they did ( a lot of them) .... then before too long the 2.3 would be a short item also....
