Thank you @Beaver24!!!If you go into the non (asbuilt) version, you can just search for "front" and change the front left and right turns to 'Turn and DRL'. It will change the as built to 0101 for you id that is easier for you.
To me this is not really worth doing if I can't also have them stay amber at night when the headlights are on. Did you figure this out?I was able to get not only the orange bar during daytime (everything works), but also with low and high beams on. I thought I had it licked until I tried to use the turn signals and only had them in the rear..... still working the problem. I'll let you know if I figure it out
I know this might be an old post, but I just did this in Forscan and could not get the amber lights to work. Is this information outdated by now and should I be trying something else? Thanks. In Forscan I changed the configuration in BdyCM Module config (AS BUILT format)
from this:
726-43-01 0202 0000 0176
to:
726-43-01 0101 0000 0176
0101 which is 'Turn and DRL'. Default was 0202 which was 'Turn Only'. 0303 and 0404 leave the position (marker lights) having priority. If there is a way to change Turn Signals to have top priority then 0404 would work.
If you go into the non (asbuilt) version, you can just search for "front" and change the front left and right turns to 'Turn and DRL'. It will change the as built to 0101 for you id that is easier for you.
This is as good as it gets so far. Remember for DRL to go full amber you need the transmission in D or R. Turn signals work in all headlight modes, but amber DRL goes back to white once headlights come on.

YupSorry, newbie here, although I did do the dummy sub swap a few months ago and had no problem with forscan back then, but now I am a little rusty.
So, it sounds like for changing the amber lights to "Turn and DRL" I just change the ** to 04 for the LF DRL Lamp and RF DRL Lamp? so for the LF DRL Lamp, it would be 726-43-01-04xx-xxxx-xx--?

Thanks, and turn signals will blink on headlights?
Been so long since I've done it I can't remember if I have it to that setting (and it works) or if I just have it for DRL.Thanks, and turn signals will blink on headlights?
Dumb question, but what color are the turn signals if you don't have it set to turn?Been so long since I've done it I can't remember if I have it to that setting (and it works) or if I just have it for DRL.
The more I think about it, my turns are amber.Dumb question, but what color are the turn signals if you don't have it set to turn?
