We are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of the IAG 2.7L Bronco Air/Oil Separator, and we want YOU to be a part of this groundbreaking experience! As we gear up for the official launch, we are inviting passionate Bronco owners and enthusiasts to join our exclusive Product Tester Program.

The IAG Bronco AOS is a cutting-edge Air/Oil Separator designed to enhance the performance and longevity of your beloved Bronco. Keeping oil out of the engine intake tract is extremely important for preventing premature mechanical failure and maintaining performance. Oil in the intake tract of the engine has several detrimental effects. First, the oil coats the internal portions of the intake, intercooler, and piping. This oil may cause premature failure of rubber or silicone hoses, which leads to failed connections. Once the oil reaches the intake tract, it will directly enter the intake manifold and then the combustion chamber of the engine. Oil inside of the combustion chamber can cause detonation and preignition, high emissions, smoke, loss of power, decreased gas mileage, and even catastrophic engine failure, leading to expensive repair bills.

Be the first to get your hands on the Bronco AOS before anyone else and be the first to experience its remarkable benefits. You would be a direct influence on development! Your feedback matters to help us refine and perfect the Bronco AOS by providing valuable insights during the testing phase.

Product testing candidates will be offered an exclusive discount on the product to help with the final product!

Im confused why you would need coolant connections on an AOS ?

The AOS tackles a common issue in catch cans with this set up. By connecting it to the car's cooling system, it absorbs engine heat, preventing condensation in the hose that can mix with oil and create sludge. Keeping the AOS body at the engine's temperature reduces or nearly eliminates this condensation and buildup.

Fit the Braptor?
We are working on a specific application for the Raptor. That one is not quite ready for a soft release. Ideally, we would like to get the 2.7 and F-150 Raptor systems across the finish line and ready for a full-scale release before introducing the Bronco Raptor.

I will be interested in this product when it comes out BUT, I hope you have alternate mounting locations. I have an engine cover and will not give it up. A mount point elsewhere; fender, radiator/cowl mount would be preferred. Looking forward to what you come up with.

Nice looking cover!

The AOS operates a bit differently than a standard catch can, and that presents some challenges with location. Unlike a catch can the AOS brings in the dirty PCV gases, separates the air from the oil vapor using essentially a swirl pot design, then recycles the PCV gas back into the intact tract and the oil drains back into the crankcase using gravity. Because it uses gravity to drain the can, it needs to be located as high up in the engine bay as possible as well as at a point where a suitable drain location is located. In this particular application, the only suitable place we have found to drain the oil back into the crankcase is through the oil fill port with a custom replacement filler neck. That makes mounting anywhere else not particularly feasible as you lose the gravity drain effect since you would now have the bottom drain port on the can lower than the place you are draining. We have been building AOS systems for other makes and models for quite some time, and each new vehicle presents its own challenges with packaging and location while also still being easy enough for the average consumer to install. With that said, we never stop making improvements and if there is a way for us to make this work alongside other aftermarket parts, we will always explore it!
