Indicator Light while turned off - Oracle BI-LED Switchback

Been running these Oracle headlights for a few months now and haven’t had any issues. Just now locked my car and noticed that the left turn signal was still on while the right one was off after turning off the bronco and locking it. No big deal, these headlights have had minor glitches on me from time to time.

I unlock and re-lock the car (normally fixes) and after I re-locked it I noticed this weird indicator light at the bottom of the halo? Right light (passenger) is flashing green and yellow, left light (driver) is steady green. Its very faint so im wondering if this is normal and im just now noticing it or what this is. Anyone else seen this before? (Sorry for blurry vid, camera was struggling to focus with the lowlight)
