Hey All!
We just installed the New AWE Catback on our 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition 2.7 and got an info and install video for you all here!
As far as 2.3L Models are concerned, the install will follow the same procedure.

Key Notes of the Install:
- Lay out all pieces of exhaust and take out the 4 Door length adapter and then ensure all pieces are there and fitting.
- We found it somewhat easier to start with rear and moved towards the front, by first removing the OEM axle back.
- 15MM Bolt Head on the Catback Flange.
- Don’t forget the exhaust hanger clamps to ensure, when you swap to the bash guard, that the over axle pipe doesn’t fall off the hanger.
- DO NOT tighten up the exhaust completely until you’ve checked fitment and position on tips to ensure no crooked or off center exhaust.
- Torque specification of band clamps is a minimum of 60 ft/lbs (16MM)
- Torque the tip clamp to 18 ft./lbs (11MM Nuts) (use lubricant to ensure the threads aren’t stripped upon tightening.
