Start at 32 psi cold and do the chalk test when your tires are warm.

Ford says 39 psi for pretty much all Bronco tires as far as I know. That's definitely what the sticker on the door frame says for Sasquatch tires. You'll get slightly better fuel economy at that pressure.

Mine are anywhere between 35 and 40 depending on how it goes when I air back up after dropping to 20 psi when I go off road. I think I'm currently at 38 cold after my trip yesterday. It's probably more important to make sure that they all have the same pressure, though. I do that with this contraption, a 4-way tire inflator/deflator:

I put mine at 34 cold, they warm up to around 37 or so. Seems more comfortable than the 39/40 they were at.

35 cold for me around town. 39-40 is just too bouncy on the pavement. I DID air up to 39 for a 1300 mile road trip on the pavement - mainly to save a few gallons of gas.

I live 7 miles of pavement from 3 million acres of offroading, so I often air down/back up in the garage. 18PSI on pavement is like having marshmallows for wheels :)

No issues for me and I think drives beautifully...... however I came from a jeep, not a BMW/MB ..... Some people get into a Bronco thinking is going to drive like a luxury sedan :)

I'll try this. At 40 psi I don't like the bouncing and bit of harsh ride over bumps I get. I expected a difference from the base wheels, but....

I run around 34-35 cold and it warms up to 36-37. 39 seems a little high but that is probably Ford covering their butt from that Explorer/Firestone debacle when they were underinflated resulting in issues.

Oh yeah..way to high. 35 psi max... Ironically the factory overfills the psi from what is actually on the sidewall (except they have some sort of weird clause that says tire can be inflated 10 lb over max)
