It might be that square lights are for the Braptor to further differentiate it from the Bronco.

Well... that's why I asked and i appreciate that guy giving me his opinion. As after all, that's what forums are for.I'm not sure I'd consider this "valuable useful intel" when it's a speculative rendering based on info from a source with zero credibility.
Me too, I just wanted power seats so leather came along for the ride. But yeah, I haven't seen to many "in the wild" and I have been to several Bronco only events, including two Super Celebration East events.Wait, we're rare with a 21 Badlands with leather?
Interesting. I just wanted the power seats
I have found my kids love the middle cup holder though, so that's been a plus as well.
Well I am hoping Ford is paying attention and reads this thread as it should be obvious to them not to touch the headlights, at least for this generation. It seems almost everyone on here agrees its a bad idea to mess with this formula and many of us here bought ours early enough to influence those that are buying it now!I think an absolute bonehead move to mess with the formula now. Square headlights will instantly kill the throwback charm from the Gen1 that has brought a lot of people to Ford from other brands. I also think the sales figures for Q1 (not sure if Q2 is out yet?) shows just how many people were secretly wanting one but were on the fence to pull the trigger. I think all of the tariff chatter bumped a lot of folks off the sidelines and into the dealerships before the prices potentially spiked beyond their reach. They weren't on the fence about the Wrangler... Messing with the headlights is perhaps the one item they should not touch, unless they're ready to retire the 6g in the same fashion of 1g, and make the 7g a throwback to the 2-4 generations. Which could be cool too. But not without the V8.
They may make it super cool. Could be the most beautiful version ever. But if they mess with the front lights, then it'll be a stand alone generation with no sense of visual heritage behind it.
I could live with that! Most likely going to be another crap livery that doesn't match any of the current paint offerings.
Reminds me of the Bronco II
Fugly!!
Round lights please and thank you! There is a reason the first Gen broncos are bring six figures!
Ford: What can we do to improve the Bronco?
Designers: How about we stop making it look like a Bronco?
Ford: godamit, I thought your idea of removing the V6 from the base model and eliminating 2 door options couldn't be topped... you guys are genius... Sold!
