Is Ford going to update the hvac vents?

Hi,

Is there any word on Ford adjusting the HVAC vents over an update? I assume they are all electronically controlled. A software update would be an easy fix, for the crappy airflow vents they put out.

They seem to work fine for me the floor vents are a little weak, but I doubt that has anything to do with software or that any OTA update would fix. Just a poor design of the vent itself.

Hasn’t been my experience yet. It’s really my biggest gripe. My rear seat passengers wear blankets.

Seems over dramatic, but I also have a 2 door.

Consider yourself lucky. It’s pretty common from what I can tell.

Well, like I said from the beginning. I doubt your issues have anything to do with programming. So it sounds like you need a consider a different vehicle if it isn’t sufficient enough for you and your family.

The irregular velocity of airflow when not on recirc is what really bothers me. And 99% of the time, I don't have it on recirc... And my feet got cold once or twice...

Airflow balance sucks, especially in the auto settings. The blower is so load yet the movement of air in dash vents and floor is minimal
