Issue with ordering from Chapman Ford (anyone else?)

I ordered a Big Bend (hardtop) at invoice from Chapman Ford in Horsham, PA.

Ford offered a $2500 rebate if you cancelled your order by March 7th, So I contacted Ashlie Ryan to qualify for the offer.

Ashlie Ryan stated it was actually too late to cancel the order ...but would work with me to deliver the vehicle.

I then found out that it was not too late to cancel. Today, I found out just why they wanted to accept delivery.

They've already sold the car! As of this moment they won't even refund my deposit.

I had a great experience with Chapman and Ashlie…honored everything to the penny.

Did you try to cancel before 7 March? When was your vehicle scheduled?

Believe the offer was for unscheduled Broncos.

Why is this coming up now, Mar 7th was a couple months back?

I got an email on 5/11/23 (from Ford) that the Bronco had just rolled off the assembly line.

I'd previously applied to Ford Credit, so called Chapman ...and was told I needed to apply again.

Called Ford Credit and was told it would be easier to make another online application.

Made another online application and left unresponded-to voicemails with Chapman...

Today 5/25/23 Got a letter of approval from Ford Credit.

Chapman states now that they will refund my deposit...

They were honest and straightforward with my purchase. I even referred my brother to start purchasing his company pickups from Chapman. Wouldn’t refer my own family somewhere I didn’t trust.
