It's definitely a look. I love them, my soft top does flap like crazy above about 45 mph though.
Also, did you silicone up the hole he drilled above the windsheild? It WILL leak if not. The good news if he didn't is that you can take them off and unscrew the mount without adjusting a single thing and seal it up in about 5 mins, but its 100% worth doing.

There isn’t much noticeable whistling, but the soft top does flap a little more due to some extra turbulence, but only in fairly windy driving conditions.

best to have too many lights versus not enough lol!
yeah, some people say you'll have a whistle, but I didn't get that. It did create more soft top noise due to the change in air flow, but I'm getting an Anderson Composites hard top, so in theory that should disappear. lol

Yes, I think that should definitely solve the soft top noise lol!

We were running kids to and from sports last night, and at 60mph there wasn’t any noticeable whistle whatsoever
