Thanks all! I do have both fobs.
Won't need the fobs. Just have the dealer reference the screenshot posted above. As indicated the master code can't be retrieved via a diagnostic scan tool. But there are steps that authorized individuals can follow to retrieve the existing master code.

Good luck.

If the keypad was factory installed, there should be a sticker on the BCM that has the original factory code.

That doesn’t work for stick on keypads, only integrated ones.

Not to argue with @Ducati1098 and his wealth of knowledge, but I went through a key pad issue when I picked up my '23. It had a non-remote start key pad installed from the factory and it was not capable of working with my Bronco (it was the new stick on type with the body colored cover), the techs were able to locate the code on the BCM sticker, but could not get it to function (other than lock the doors). The new, correct part works flawlessly.

It does have a body colored cover. Thinking I’ll go to another dealer tomorrow.

If all fails, they can easily attach a new key pad and re-use the color matched cover.

It sounds like you need the keypad and have it programed to the truck. The code digits are on a sticker behind the panel below the steering wheel (that goes for all Broncos). I think that there is a thread here with pics of the location. I'll post a link if I find it

The SecuriCode card that comes with the BCM has nothing to do with the stick on keypad. It is not the correct code and will also not get you the correct code in any way.

Here is a thread that better describes what that is.

Yes, and there are YouTube vids of owners opening up the stick on pad to replace battery. Been a while since I came across it but it was there.

At least with the Standard Broncos, none were shipped from the factory with them attached.
My 2022 was shipped from the factory with the keypad attached. I believe the standard you mention was adopted more recently.
