Beat me to it! That thing is a beast! Last I checked there was a decent delay in building/shipping to the states. Might work out great with the Bronco timing.
7 month lead time when I checked a couple weeks ago...6 months to build, 1 month for shipping. New model coming out in September so I’m holding off for that.

if all you need is a gear hauler and are fine with a tent on the ground/roof - I think the woolly bear by taxa is perfect.

I love the rooftop tent style or the style that has the full covered style that Squatchlife has. For a young family it looks like it works out nicely and is safe.

Ummmmm, I need to know where these gorgeous getaways are at!! You’ve got great taste in outdoor locations and I’m super jealous!
I live in CO. First pic is the Tetons, second is Telluride, CO, third is Twin Lakes, CO and here is Sedona. All trips in the last few months.

ok I guessed right on the Tetons, we are headed there in October. As for the others I am inspired to check out the overlanding game in those areas. Thanks for the info! And amazing pictures, you are truly living the dream 😁

I was looking into Hiker Trailers, https://www.hikertrailers.com/
There are a few brands that make some pretty extreme campers tho!

I will probably stick with my tent for now, but would love to get a small camper trailer like this.
We had a hiker for a few years until we outgrew it. We loved every bit of it. I think the best part was the ability to customize a lot yourself. They have a LONG waitlist so start thinking now.

Killed some time on lunch and killing time in general waiting on the Bronco. Got the basic frame laid out in 2"x 3". 4' x 6' between the frame rails. Now I can play around with ideas from the foundation up. Currently leaning towards a combination utility trailer/camp trailer. May make the upper rack detachable for when I need to haul taller items. Or I may go all in on an expedition type trailer with sealed storage cabinets. Cheaper to play with ideas this way in either case.
