Thank you for the feedback. While designing the bumpers, I thought the same thing, and hope to receive enough data in testing to see how much tighter we can be, without crashing while flexing during articulation. With these being some of our first products for the bronco, the last thing we wanted was for the bumpers to crash into the body, so I designed it off of OEM spacing.

How’s the 2.7 version of the hidden winch mount coming along?

Right now the 2.7 winch skid adapter kit is on hold. My personal shop bronco should be in a couple of weeks. The 2.7 adapter kit is going to take some in depth modifications, that I did not want to do to a friends bronco, that at the end of the day is not going to have a winch skid but a winch bumper.

A little update, @mcinfantry installed the winch skid, on his 2.3ltr bronco with the capable bumper and did not have to relocate the solenoid pack. Below is a link to his thread if you are interested in fallowing along his build.

Yes, that is what I am shooting for. I have the concept of the kit, hope to have a prototype done over the next couple weeks.

Fairlead block out plate for rolling in deep sloppy mud ruts? The fairlead hole makes a great mud scoop. Just saying,

Things are definitely taking longer than I hoped for, but doing everything we can to get everything stocked up. As we sit right now

• HNT aluminum skid- in stock and ready to ship
• HNT Hidden winch skid (2.3ltr)- in stock and ready to ship
• HNT front bumper- Hope to start shipping DEC 19th
• fairlead- hope to have back from anodize/ etching and ready to ship by DEC 16th
• HNT rear bumper, and WNC front winch bumper, waiting to hear eta on plate work, hope to have a idea tomorrow, what those two are looking like for scheduling.

In the mean time, below is a list of a few of the projects in the prototype stage that we hope to be showing you guys shortly

• ACC relocation bracket
• 2.7 heat exchanger relocation bracket for the HNT winch skid
• adjustable corner LC plate mount
• Hoss 3.0 rear shock skids
• HNT front bumper light mount bracket

Really hope someone develops a bumper that does not trigger ACC relocation.

There are a couple already out there. HeftyFab, Lifestyle Offroad, and now JCR Off-road (slight movement from the factory location, have it on mine now).
