As others mentioned, pretty good chance your battery is on it's way out.

I would not recommend using forscan until you understand how it works.

Check the connection on your hero switches. I've heard of dashes being removed to do stereo upgrades & installers forgetting to reconnect it, causing similar issues.

This happened to the loaner I had at the Bronco Off-Roadeo. We spent the day in 4L for the most part. When I turned it back in, I mentioned it to the handler and they seemed to react like it was a common occurrance. You are probably looking at a service visit to get it squared away. ForScan will likely not help at all.
