Is this a non-Sasquatch installation? I have a 2022 OBX. Tires are 38x20x12.5, but non-sasquatch.I put mine on a few days ago. I like the way the fit. Hopefully less rock chips.
Mine in non Sasquatch with 32 inch tires. The flaps fit the Sasquatch too. Not sure about 38’s though.

Yup. Front and rear. It should fit aftermarket 35’s. I know it fits the Sasquatch.
Do you have a photo that shows the flaps with non-sas fender flares from behind/rear quarter?

The nut is supposed to be on the inside of the flap. When I did mine I ended up putting all stainless steel hardware on them because the nuts and bolts started to rust.Here’s a close up picture

Cool. I went with all stainless, nuts, washers…anyone that does this keep in mind the front hardware is smaller than the rear. They are great mudflaps. They look like they came with the Truck.I switched to the stainless too. I just liked the look of the Allen heads in the wheel well better.
Yup. I did the front with stainless too. I actually got rid off the plastic factory fastener and used a stainless Allen there too.
Do you have a pick of the portion you had to slice off? I would rather preemptively slice it off.I installed the fronts on my Badlands | SAS with 1.25" BORA spacers installed. I got a little rubbing when backing out of a driveway and turning. The tire was catching the part that juts in and around the crash bar that is not there. So, I removed them and sliced off half the thickness of that gusset, only where it juts in and out. No more rubbing and I am 100% satisfied with the way these look.
