Super excited to take delivery of my Bronco. It's too bad I've waited close to 2 years only to be delivered a vehicle that was not only damaged, but then badly touched up. My dealer is taking care of it as of right now, but man what a disappointment. This is my first interaction with a Ford product and so far I can only hope the vehicle makes up for everything else.

Mine came with a dent in the door (supposedly from shipping) and a defective keyless entry pad. The dent was fixed and looks good as new, new keypad is supposed to go on this week. Hoping I don't uncover anything else!

Maybe I'm just over-reacting a bit then! Either way, so far, the Bronco has been great. I've kept it Stock from the BD Mid package thus far, but I think once this gets worked out I'll toss on some larger tires and look at some more fun mods =P

Mine had a chip of paint missing, not sure if it happened in the factory or in shipping, but the dealership had it sent to a body shop and they fixed it up. Can't even tell where it was at anymore, looks like it was never there.

My hood was marked up I got lucky and it buffed out. The dealership here in Tulare Ca. has had lots of problems. They think it is from rookie drivers, Covid really jacked things up, I got mine back in December.

Happens with a ton of car deliveries, especially if they go by train... if you want to stress yourself out again, lookup on YouTube cars being loaded into a train. It's not fun to watch

Back in the 80's my sister bought a brand new car and was going to have the dealer install a ground effects kit, after trying several times, the body shop concluded the kit could not be installed because the car had been wrecked and very poorly repaired. So the dealer had to replace the car with another new one on their lot.

I had a similar paint blemish on mine - dealer is taking car of it, so not an issue (but agree go over the car in detail to catch these). This is no different than other experiences I’ve had with European brands in the past where car is damaged during transport or easier to fix after the fact. A good dealer will rectify.

At least they're being honest... Good on them for removing the tag line if it doesn't hold true...
