1 - Def sounds like something is loose
2 - why does everyone post in the Raptor section when they don't have a Raptor?

Sounds to me like the 3 nuts on top plate of front coil overs are loose. I wouldn't be surprised if dealer didn't see it or know about it as the top plate is obstructed and usually won't move if at rest since they are under load. And I usually don't take dealers word on shit when they say all is well. Only when the springs are expanded or compressed will this happen. You need to push away on the front fender liner and take a wrench to each nut and check for any being loose.

Thanks for your responding, what you said makes sense, since I did a lot of tests on all the parts below, I was sure that maybe the cause of the noise is something hidden that i cant see.
do u know how i can see the 3 nuts on the top of the coil plate? Or where it located, do u have maybe photo for it ?

After going in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday and I believe I now have this issue, too.
I was hoping it was something loose on the skid plate, but I went under and all components seem tightened.

Hey there. I can look into your Bronco’s noise concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?

I have found that the front skid plate on some Broncos can be making contact with the bumper. Thump the skid plate with your fist and you will know right away.
Then just loosen the skid plate and adjust fit

Ah yeah, removing the skid plate and re-bolting it did the trick.

Ha Ha. I drove mine for a day after 5100 install and had the noise on bumps. Checked top hat nuts, left front finger tight. Apparently, my son and I each thought that was the other guys job on our team install

Did you ever figure out what this was? I have the same issue. I've checked and tightened all components that I can get to including the top of the coil over and still have this noise. On flat ground if i turn the wheel back and fourth I get that noise as well.
