Really, all those trails can be done on the factory 34.4" Goodyear Wranglers that come with the sasquatch package. Pritchett will test you but it can be done. Sliders will be more important than 37's, in my opinion.

Got it thank you! Currently have factory slider but have been looking more into the aftermarket side

We have beat the absolute piss out of the Next Venture Motorsports sliders. Obstacles that bent Rock Slide Engineering sliders up into the body weren’t an issue for ours. When swapping from the 2022 to the 2024 wifey pulled them off by herself, and I was able to install them by myself on the 24. Body on the 22 was unaffected and the sliders were in great condition. Well…as far as straightness goes. We tear the bedliner off on every trip.

Just bookmarked their sliders for the trip.

Out of interest, how long has it been since your buddy ran Pritchett Canyon?

He's been the prior 2 years. Ran it in his 4 runner and 24 Badlands recently
What is his badlands build like?

I should add the caveat that while Pritchett is possible with a stock bronco, it's kinda like the saying "anything can be an offroader if you don't care enough about it!"

I ran a stock Badlands 2 door Sas out there a few years back. Only real mods at the time were Asfir rear shock sliders. THose worked great. Seems like the low points that get hit all the time are the rear shocks and the gas tank skid. Did great. Have since put on NVM sliders - burly. We did Top of the World, Hell's Revenge and Poison Spider. No issues. If you get mor lift and bigger tires you'll be able to go somewhat faster. But it's not a race.

37'S
JKs Max tire clearance kit
Total Chaos UCA's
Bilstein 6112's
rock sliders,
front and rear turn offroad bumpers with a winch,
Ford performance tune, intake, exhaust
RPG rear lower control arms
CVF FAB Intercooler and all their piping

He is also making a few adjustments to suspension for the trip

agreed def not a race to see how fast we can do it, rear shock sliders already on the way as we speak. Looking at RCI's aluminum skid for the gas tank etc

I have doing a number of level 5-6 (at least one really a 6.789) trails lately, and man my skids are taking a beating. Shock skids, factory LCA on rear, LCA's up front as well as those thin brackets they attach to are getting bent out of shape, OEM gas/transfer/engine/front skids, and my (granted cheap) aluminum transmission skid is now bowl shaped, though I was able to bolt it back on last oil change to my pleasant surprise.

I am going to have to at least get some front lower control arm skids soon....I should post a pick but the aluminum is too easily "scooped" out and if I keep it up I might have to replace them sooner rather then later.

I say all this @A51SASBUILD because I wonder if a four door SAS bronco mostly stock (35's, stock or near stock clearance, etc.) is really up for trails like Pritchett? Hell's yes, but Pritchett?

Of course, maybe it's all on my driving :ROFLMAO:

Very aggressive list of trails; Moab is great you will love it! When you going? We hope to hit Moab on the way out to Rubicon Trail in September is tentative plan.
