I built this tool for myself to use to try and figure out what my monthly payment would be if financed. I tweaked it a little bit after some more info came out. I left all cells unprotected so you can change at will. The formula I am using for calculating the financing is visible in column S.
For myself I wanted to compare monthly payments of what I would want in a Black Diamond trim vs Badland trim, so that is the explanation for the colors and the data left populated in the cells. I left the data in the cells as an example of how to use. Just delete the items in blue or black and customize with your own data. I also listed some of the pricing from the surveys in columns O & P - but not all as I only listed the items for the trims that I was interested in keeping.
Hope this helps you. I'll try to answer questions but I think it is self explanatory. Keep in mind this is just for fun and should not be considered to be exact as I could not possible consider all variables, though I did validate the results against the pricing tool on the ford site.
note, for the finance percent enter the decimal not the % number. so in the examples I left I used 3.5% entered as 0.035. If you wanted to use 5%, as an example, then enter as 0.05. It does not work at 0% so just use a really small decimal (like .000001) to get a decent result.
