I’m holding off on mounting the hideaway sub hoping that someone has a slick way of mounting it with no vibration. Post pics if you have some.

Under the seat isn’t an option on the 4 door, leaving you with the tailgate, the cargo area, and under one of the rear seats. Already running a 37 on the back so don’t want to add more load to the gate, or take up cargo space. Chose the third since I don’t carry a full car most of the time, and if I do, I can just unhook the Velcro and take it out.

Looks nice! That panel is $$$$
Yeah, that was the downside. It won't fit under 2D seats without a spacer that I'm not comfortable doing unless I'm sure it can support the weight.

Couldn't leave flat in the trunk, need the space.

Pulled back some paneling and nothing had a great fit. Debated on the tailgate but worried about rattle and a PIA to wire.

I screwed mine to the cargo area in the back on the driver side. Used a anti vibration pad which helped but some songs it still vibrates. Mounting it to the side gave the speaker more bass but made it loose some of its punch. Ive been wanting to pull that panel off and add some insulation of some sort behind it but keep putting it off. The remote knob I used double sided tape and stuck it right under the steering wheel. Only pic I got.

I put mine here with zip ties no rattles. And if I need the seat full down I can cut the ties and put it farther forward. It’s a 10” powered sub.

Search function is your friend here. There are a half dozen other sub and sound system builds with creative, mild or wild setups!

Yeah. They are all buried within other threads that are 60 pages long now under other subjects. Was trying to get a consolidated thread so the search function would be useful.

Is that the E-Flite? I have the same bird. I should get a picture of it in the 2 door.... it's not pretty :(
And my ultra stick barely fits... Has me seriously considering switching to a 4 door.

Yes the 70m, eflite makes awesome jets it has plenty of power its one of my favorites to fly because how fast it is and the high alpha's it can do. One of the big reasons I switched from 2 door to 4 door. Gotta haul my toys. You'll like this pic too. :)

Awesome looking! I wanna know more about this tire inflator thing. Kinda shocked that sub doesn't rattle that table like crazy... You dog has good taste!
Lol. That was a fun project. Had to dissect their box and make it fit on the panel. Came out good. Nice unit. Came with a ac plug on it. Had a 12v transformer in it so I just wired up to that. It’s all auto. Just set the psi, up or down and it does the rest. Beeps when it hits target psi.
