I have mine set to auto update - so, question... will it still notify you when it does update, I haven't seen one yet and honestly never check
It is supposed to, but it does not always happen.

That's funny I did not get the window update but I got the audio update. Which if anything pulled bass from my sub and made it worse.
This updated caused many complaints on the F150 forums for people with the B&O 8 speaker system. Hopefully it isn't the same thing here. There are F150 owners who have been waiting for months for the fix.

I was hoping this was the change that dropped the windows automatically when you unlock the doors. Oh well.

When I went to the dealer last, I asked them to update the system, but that update didn't show as available for mine.
last time i was at the dealer, they updated (on accident) just one side of my vehicle. each side has it's own window control module. so now when i unlock the doors only my driver side rolls down 1/2 inch lol! very annoying. i don't want them to do it at all.

If you’re dealing with wobbling windows or windows that break seal in crosswinds, this isn’t the update you’re looking for. Instead, you need to look at the bottom edge of your door, remove the rubber/plastic plugs to reveal adjustment nuts that should be loosened, slid forward, and then tightened. This increases the pressure/tension on the windows to press them against the weather sealing. I did this in March and it has been fine since then.

Owning a Bronco requires basic mechanics tools and you will definitely grow your skills over time or pay someone else who has those skills. Ford delivers a product that is 90% built and sorted. The other 10% is up to us.

This update on my vehicle did the same thing base is less and now I have to raise the volume up 3 more so sound as loud as before. I was hoping it would have fixed the quality and raise the rear pod sound but nope just made everything worse.

I don't want to derail this thread talking about a different update, but if you see other people reporting the same thing, I would recommend you start a thread to see how widespread the problem is. If enough people are affected by the issue, Ford will take notice. They have people monitoring these forums.

How do you know if you got the update? My app doesn’t say anything, but I have auto updates.

Let me translate that for you, "They didn't want to update it for you". Ask me how I know...

Well now I'm glad mine isn't a SAS.
