I like them. They are easy to remove when I need to. There are ZERO rock chips on my doors and the crap kicked up by the rear tires doesn't go too far.

Hopefully there pictures are what you are looking for.

yet to get her dirty. they may be little too high. based on the dirt accumulation on the doors I may lower it an inch in the future.

what do you guys think?
This is a project failure. they are cheap, look good but not long enough. they still throw mud into the doors and rear fender.

I am looking for better mud flaps. any suggestions?

Mabett are wide enough for the Sasquatch tires. All 4 done in under an hour. Use Allen head bolts and give you the keys. Need a screwdriver, a trim puller 10 mm socket and an 18 mm socket.
The rears cover the slot between the bumper and the body.
Pretty high quality stuff.

The hardware appears to be anodized and the brackets are completely coated. I think it should outlast the plastic flaps. You can always pick up some stainless cap screws at the hardware store if you prefer. The nut-clips are zinc anodized.

I’m pretty happy with the performance of the Gatorbacks, but of course looks are subjective.

Which size/length/width did you get? (I like that length for my SAS setup).
and
Is the color and shine as different from the fender as it appears?
I want them to match color/shine.

I had the Mabett flaps and thought they were great. A bit stiff for my off road adventures, but mostly a thumbs up. To prevent mud from throwing up on the Bronco, I finally ended up removing them and sucking the tires in more. The result was no mud flaps and the dirt line stayed lower on the side of the Bronco like when I had mud flaps. Here's a few videos that may help you out:

The Ford/gatorbacks are expensive but are superb quality and can be bought at pretty good discount this time of year.

I got the stock length ones. The XL length I felt was going to be too long and look out of place. There is a slight variation in color and texture in real life between the flaps and the fender flares, but I honestly don’t notice it and doesn’t bother me. The photo I took I think accentuates the color/texture variation. I’m pretty particular, but these look great for flaps. I installed in the front only.
