There was a TSB for my 22 2.3 badlands where there was crimping in one of the brake lines. Had to replace it. Experienced the same mushy until replaced.

Same, any word on the TSB? I've had this issue for over a year. Just learned to drive it different but I still shake my head and say I paid 50k for a car with $hit brakes. Considering doing the steel braided lines; anyone recommend a source for the steel braided lines?

Mine stops fine, and feels fine for a Giant SAS monster-but I don't push it like I do my other vehicles.

I measured the brake hoses with a caliper while my buddy pressed hard an released the brakes.
No change in diameter, actually a little smaller when on the brakes probably due to the fact the lines seemed to grow in lenght minutely

2023 model, anyone else experiencing this, If not back to the dealer.
feels like air in the brake system
Yes my 2023 has a somewhat mushy brake feel. Still stops ok, haven't had time yet to test/investigate further. I've only been driving it for a month and still getting to know the ins and outs.

My 2.7 definitely feels this way compared to a Mustang but I realized it's better this way after experiencing a horrible sway in a brake dive

So are you saying steel braided lines wouldn't help much because of the lack of expansion you observed with the measuring tool?
