Would love see a side profile to see how far out it sticks. The biggest issue Iā€™ve see with most it the are way out there.

Was thinking when I build mine to go with the RC hidden mount and just build a flush bumper.

What did you do to tie the fogs into the existing wiring to use the button on the headlight knob? I want to do the same with my aftermarket bumper and lights. I removed the capable bumper and want to use the wire harness already there.

I really like to have all the angles just so. There were many hours of reconfiguring things to make the angles correct to me. It was definitely worth it in the end. This bumper is certainly north of $2k to reproduce. Things like the access panels on the bottom of the bumper and such really take some time to do.
Thatā€™s probably a low estimate. Friend / family labor isā€cheapā€ lol.

People who donā€™t fabricate like you do donā€™t understand how long it takes to make something with metal from scratch, then modify, then modify again, then grind, finish etc etc.

I suck at it so I am even slower.
Buddy built a custom setup on his FILā€™s trailer. (Toolbox, winch, battery box etc). Only charged for materials he had to buy.

FIL told him two guys he knew wanted the same done, asked for a price. My buddy said ā€œI ainā€™t married to their daughters, they canā€™t afford it. ā€œ. Lol

Looks great Kelly, I am in middle of installing the modular bumper I bought from you. Looking forward to exploring some trails with you in the near future.

My schedule lightens up after the first week of a June, so it wonā€™t be long before I can hit the trail (in the driverā€™s seat) again.
