Need opinions... Any issues with mounting traction boards on single crossbar?

Hello everyone. Just wanted to see if I could get some opinions on a mounting thought I had for traction boards. Does anyone see any concerns if I mounted my traction boards length wise along a single crossbar over the rear shell? I'm thinking of going with one of the two options below (Mabett or BAT), but wasn't sure if it would be too much force on the rack while driving?

Curious as to same. Post if you've figured it out. When you say lengthwise I assume you mean parallel to the mabett additional bracket, ie across the width.
